Workforce Development
Build skills, find work, and move toward financial stability
Summit County workforce programs connect residents with free employment, training, education, career-planning, and supportive services. Whether you are looking for your first job, changing careers, returning to work, or adjusting to a reduction in public assistance after an income increase, support is available.
These programs consist of SNAP Employment and Training (SNAP E&T), the Benefit Bridge (Summit County NEXT), the Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program (CCMEP) for youth called Building Opportunities for Sustained Success (BOSS), and the Summer Youth Employment Program.
