Healthy Start and Healthy Families
Healthy Start and Healthy Families are Ohio Medicaid coverage programs for eligible children, pregnant individuals and families. Eligibility is based on household circumstances and current Medicaid requirements.
Pregnancy-Related Services
Pregnancy-Related Services help Medicaid members access pregnancy-related care and connect with services that support a healthy pregnancy and birth. Assistance may include care coordination, education, counseling and referrals to programs such as Women, Infants and Children (WIC).
Healthchek
Healthchek is Ohio Medicaid’s preventive health program for children and young adults under age 21. Services include checkups, immunizations and developmental, hearing, vision, dental, nutrition and behavioral health screenings. Healthchek also covers medically necessary follow-up diagnosis and treatment.
