Eligible Summit County Medicaid members may be able to receive transportation to and from Medicaid-covered appointments. Transportation may be provided through a bus pass or another approved form of transportation.

Requests generally must be made at least five days before the scheduled appointment. Call 330-643-8200 and select option 1 to determine eligibility and begin the registration process.
